Here is how to use the exfoliating glove:
Step 1 Wet the skin and apply your favourite natural shower gel, or use the mitt dry as an intensive body brush.
Step 2 Gently massage the skin in circular movements. Apply more pressure if you like, for a more intensive exfoliation.
Step 3 Rinse the skin thoroughly with warm water. Wring out the mitt and leave it to dry.
Step 4 After exfoliating, use your favourite Green People self-tan,
body lotion or
body oil for extra care.
