Orders
If you place an order, we need your name, email address and delivery address to prepare an invoice, to execute your order and to keep you informed of its progress, as well as to confirm your reservation. Payment for your order is made through Rabobank.  
Subsequent payment
Rabobank performs a data check for subsequent payments to approve your request for payment by direct debit. 
This requires your name, address, date of birth and payment details. 
For payment via IDEAL, Paypal & MisterCash your name and payment details are required. 

Payments
Payment is made through the protected environment of your own bank. 
Payment in the showroom is done via a Rabobank pin machine. 

Newsletter
You must always sign up for the newsletter and give permission to send it. At registration you will be asked for your first name and e-mail address. Once you have signed up for the newsletter, you will receive it up to twice a month with relevant information about our webshop and discount offers. 

Feedback
Data on website use and feedback from visitors help us to further develop and improve the website. You can give us feedback by sending an e-mail to info@biocare.nl.

Contests
If you participate in an action or contest, we ask for your name and e-mail address. We need this information to run the promotion, announce the prize winner(s) and measure the response to marketing campaigns. We may also need address information to send prizes to winners. 

Exact Online
We use a link to Exact Online accounting software to post in our accounting records. After exporting orders placed, only your name, the date of the order, the amount of your order and the VAT rate will be passed on to Exact Online's accounting system. Advertisements on social media
For advertising on Facebook and Instagram, we use the data (country, gender, age) known about you by Facebook and Instagram. This data helps us to show the ad to those people for whom our products are of interest. This data is general and cannot be traced back to you as a person.

Reviews

After receiving your order you will receive, on behalf of WebwinkelKeur, a one-time email from us (and possibly one more reminder). For this action WebwinkelKeur only receives your name and email address for sending this email on behalf of biocareonline.nl.
