About us
Biocare Online originated from Salon Biocare, the beauty salon that Suzanne Smal started in 2012. Only the most pure & organic skin care. The conviction to start working with natural skincare came when Suzanne found her son in 2009 with serious food allergies and very severe eczema. Ultimately, unprocessed foods, high-quality supplements and organic skincare proved to be the solution for this. The idea of making natural skin care accessible to everyone, in combination with professional (online) advice was developed and Biocare Online was launched in 2013.
What does Biocare Online stand for?
Organic skin care & sustainable products for the whole family, in combination with professional (online) advice. Our strength is that we do not only believe in natural skin care. But you can contact us for all your questions regarding the skin. At Biocare Online various (Dr. Hauschka) skin therapists can be found in the workplace who have a lot of experience with skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, acne or rosacea. Biocare Online is for everyone in the family who consciously chooses pure, fair, fair trade, organic, vegan, healthy, ecological, sustainable products.
Because you can expect professional advice through our online "store" just like you are used to in a physical store. This can be done by mail, telephone or via the skin analysis on our webshop. Because we also have a physical (take-away) store that is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except Friday (then we are there until 1.30 p.m.) Because we have a lot of experience in improving skin statue. Think of acne, psoriasis, eczema or rosacea. Because we are really 300% convinced of the effect of natural skin care.
