Ordering at biocareonline.nl
Ordering is very easy by following the steps in the shopping cart. When you have placed an order through our website you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive it, you may have entered a wrong e-mail address and the confirmation e-mail cannot reach you. Always contact us so that we can make this happen.
Product not in stock?
We strive to always have all products in stock. Only if the product is (temporarily) not available from the supplier will it be 'not in stock' in the shop. A product can also just be en route from the supplier to us. That means that a product can usually be delivered within a few days.
Would you like to receive an email when the product is back in stock? Send us an email to
service@biocareonline.nl and tell us which product it is and we will send you a message as soon as the product is available again.

Shipments
Orders ordered before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders that are made after 3 pm, or on a non-working day, are sent the following working day.
You can have your order delivered by PostNL or pick it up in our physical store at Veken 17 in Opmeer .
You can pick up Monday through Thursday between 09:00 and 16:30 and Friday between 09:00 and 13:30.
As soon as we have prepared your package for delivery and have delivered it to PostNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. This way you can see exactly when your package will be delivered.
I would like to choose a different delivery time
That is certainly possible. When you place an order you can choose a delivery time which is best for you to receive the order.
What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands:
For orders over €50, the shipping costs are FREE
When spending under €50, we will charge €4.95
Belgium :
For orders over € 79.95 the shipping costs are FREE
For orders under € 79.95 € 8.95 shipping costs will be charged.
